This unique 350 m2 eco-home was constructed with a separate slab on-ground construction and is connected via a suspended floor. Blackbutt floors create a feeling of warmth and the raked ceiling and highlight louvre windows throughout the living area provide an abundance of natural light and cross ventilation.
Featuring a large living area, 3 bedrooms plus a separate parents retreat, an office and a stunning kitchen accessed via a large awning window, this home is 100% solar powered.
It also features a local Biolytix waste water treatment system with grey water irrigation for lawns and gardens.
This home's sustainability extends to the exterior, with the electric aluminium blinds controlling heating and cooling and minimising energy expenditure all year round.
