This high set Queenslander style home was built with lazy summer days in mind. Effective use of the 292 m2 floor plan includes 3 spacious bedrooms, a media room and a stunning rose gum hardwood kitchen.
The exterior is clad in durable weatherboard which complements the Queenslander look and feel. The interior features Tasmanian Oak floors which exude colonial charm, and the high ceilings and wide soffits give this house a gracious and airy feel.
The central focus of the house though, is the huge outdoor area with built-in alfresco kitchen and BBQ for the ultimate entertaining space.
