This Quail Constructions and owner designed house was constructed on a suspended floor and designed for easy access and all year round living with its dual outdoor areas for summer and winter.
Featuring three generous bedrooms and an office, this 270 m2 home makes excellent use of space by utilising the office as a walk through area minimising hallways.
This home has beautiful mixed hardwood floors, a fire place built into the entertainment unit and built-in timber shelving in the office.
The exterior features pitched verandahs and the cladding is a mixture of hardwood chamfer boards, FC sheeting and custom orb.
