This renovation was extensive and included the removal of the roof from the existing dwelling, the extension of the entire home and the addition of a second story.
The Queensland blue gum floors add character to this four bedroom home and the office is well placed to ensure privacy. Clever use of windows ensure cross ventilation and the constant stream of sunlight ensure that this home is bright and inviting.
This home was designed to maximise stunning views of The Sunshine Coast and the main living areas features beautiful New Guinea Rosewood bifold doors, which open onto the large outdoor living area with its views uninterrupted by the use of a glass balustrade.
