This Quail Constructions and Owner designed home follows the natural ground comprising a garage on the lower level and the living areas above. Features include ‘Spotted Gum’ secret nailed flooring and a ‘Gympie Block Masonry’ veneer. High north facing windows allow warmth in winter and when open catch summer breezes.
